The male (red fins) will put on a display for the female (yellow fins) by brightening its colours and flaring fins while circling her. if she is receptive to the display, they will scatter eggs over an available plant, or a wool spawining mop. the eggs are large and firm, but the fry small and somewhat difficult to raise. ...
